Rush Printing Austin — Fast Without Cutting Corners
Our Austin and San Antonio print shops handle every order under one roof — screen printing, embroidery, heat press, and laser engraving all done in-house. That means when you need something fast, we’re not waiting on a third party to process your order before production can even begin. We control the timeline from artwork to pickup.
Why Rush Printing Still Works for Austin Businesses
FAST DOESN’T HAVE TO MEAN CHEAP
In a world of next-day shipping and digital marketing, you might think same-day printed merchandise doesn’t matter. Think again. Studies show branded apparel generates more impressions than nearly any other form of advertising. And when you need shirts for an event tomorrow, a uniform for a new hire starting Monday, or a last-minute gift for a client meeting, fast turnaround is the difference between showing up looking professional or not showing up at all.
Rush orders from The Logo Store carry the same quality standards as our standard orders. Every piece goes through the same production process, the same quality inspection, and the same attention to detail — just faster. Our in-house setup lets us cut out the delays that most print shops can’t avoid.
Getting the Most Out of Your Rush Order
WHY PREPARATION MAKES FAST POSSIBLE
The biggest factor in any rush order is artwork. Print-ready files move straight into production. Files that need cleanup, color correction, or recreation add hours — sometimes days — to your timeline. The fastest rush orders we’ve ever turned around had one thing in common: the customer called ahead and showed up with a clean vector file ready to go.
Call us first at (512) 505-8078 before submitting anything online. Rush orders are handled by phone because a two-minute conversation tells us more than a web form. We’ll confirm availability, quote you honestly on timing and cost, and tell you exactly what we need from you to hit your deadline.
Our Austin and San Antonio locations can help you get the right product in the right hands — fast.
How Fast Can You Print? A Guide to Rush Turnaround Times
COMPARING TIMELINES FOR COMMON RUSH SCENARIOS
Turnaround time depends on the product, decoration method, design complexity, and current shop volume. Here’s how each tier works in practice:
Same-Day (call us first) Available case-by-case for simple heat press orders with print-ready artwork and smaller quantities (under 12 pieces). Call (512) 505-8078 first thing in the morning. Same-day is possible when design, quantity, and shop capacity align. It’s not guaranteed, but it happens.
24–48 Hours Achievable for screen printing and heat press on straightforward, print-ready designs. Quantities up to 48 pieces. Always call before ordering to confirm availability. This tier works best for simple one or two-color designs on standard garments we have in stock.
3–5 Business Days Our most reliable rush window. Most products and decoration methods qualify. Enough time to prepare artwork properly, run production, and complete quality inspection without cutting corners. This is the sweet spot for most rush needs.
Standard (7–10 Business Days) Our normal turnaround from proof approval. If your timeline allows, standard is always the safest bet for complex designs, large quantities, or embroidery-heavy orders.
Which Rush Method Is Right for Your Order?
MATCHING YOUR DEADLINE TO THE RIGHT DECORATION METHOD
Choosing the right decoration method matters even more on a rush timeline because each one has a different production speed. Here’s what to know:
Screen Printing is the fastest option for bulk orders. Once screens are set up, printing runs quickly. Best for 12+ pieces with simple artwork. Not ideal for single items or highly detailed full-color designs on a rush timeline.
Heat Press is the most flexible rush option for smaller quantities and full-color designs. No screen setup required. A single piece can be produced in minutes once artwork is approved. Best for under 24 pieces or for customers who need maximum design flexibility fast.
Embroidery is the most time-intensive decoration method even on rush. Designs need to be digitized before stitching can begin, and each piece takes longer to produce than a printed item. Allow at least 3–5 business days for rush embroidery. Same-day embroidery is rarely achievable.
Laser Engraving is fast for individual items — a single engraved tumbler or plaque can be done quickly. For larger quantities, factor in per-piece production time. Great for last-minute client gifts and awards.

“Great service! Very friendly staff, they finished the job on time and always do something extra for you. I really recommend it. I loved the T-shirt that they did for my son’s birthday, and also they have the right price for your pocket.”
