Turnaround time depends on the product, decoration method, design complexity, and current shop volume. Here’s how each tier works in practice:

Same-Day (call us first) Available case-by-case for simple heat press orders with print-ready artwork and smaller quantities (under 12 pieces). Call (512) 505-8078 first thing in the morning. Same-day is possible when design, quantity, and shop capacity align. It’s not guaranteed, but it happens.

24–48 Hours Achievable for screen printing and heat press on straightforward, print-ready designs. Quantities up to 48 pieces. Always call before ordering to confirm availability. This tier works best for simple one or two-color designs on standard garments we have in stock.

3–5 Business Days Our most reliable rush window. Most products and decoration methods qualify. Enough time to prepare artwork properly, run production, and complete quality inspection without cutting corners. This is the sweet spot for most rush needs.

Standard (7–10 Business Days) Our normal turnaround from proof approval. If your timeline allows, standard is always the safest bet for complex designs, large quantities, or embroidery-heavy orders.

Choosing the right decoration method matters even more on a rush timeline because each one has a different production speed. Here’s what to know:

Screen Printing is the fastest option for bulk orders. Once screens are set up, printing runs quickly. Best for 12+ pieces with simple artwork. Not ideal for single items or highly detailed full-color designs on a rush timeline.

Heat Press is the most flexible rush option for smaller quantities and full-color designs. No screen setup required. A single piece can be produced in minutes once artwork is approved. Best for under 24 pieces or for customers who need maximum design flexibility fast.

Embroidery is the most time-intensive decoration method even on rush. Designs need to be digitized before stitching can begin, and each piece takes longer to produce than a printed item. Allow at least 3–5 business days for rush embroidery. Same-day embroidery is rarely achievable.

Laser Engraving is fast for individual items — a single engraved tumbler or plaque can be done quickly. For larger quantities, factor in per-piece production time. Great for last-minute client gifts and awards.
